Mercantile Center Garage is open for parking 24/7.
To sign up for monthly parking, please contact the garage office, located on the 2nd floor of the 100 Front Street Building — Access through courtyard or the bridge on level 5.

Monthly parking rate is $150.00 per month with a $25.00 non-refundable activation fee on the first month. There is a 30-day cancellation policy on monthly parking.
At every machine there is a help button which will reach our RMS team who will be able to assist you.

When you pull into the garage you can either insert your credit card for a ticketless entry or you can press for a ticket. When using a credit card to enter, you must use the credit card to exit.

Currently, the Mercantile Center Garage is a self-park garage. When volume picks up, we will transition to a valet assist where staff will stack park your vehicle and retain your keys.
There are currently two EV charging stations Located on the third level of the garage to the right of the Commercial Street entrance.
At the moment, Mercantile Center Garage accepts Credit card only: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

*Please note cash is not accepted at this time.
Re-entry is not available at Mercantile Center Garage. Each time a customer enters the garage they must pay before exiting.
All posted rates are in effect either the daily rate or event rate.
If you lose your ticket you can press the "lost ticket" button. Please note a $20.00 fee will display for lost tickets.
If using your phone, please turn up the phone brightness and scan your reservation at the entry. You will also need to scan your reservation at the exit upon leaving.

Please note: If you have a privacy screen on your phone the barcode will not scan. For customers with privacy screens, please print your reservation and scan upon entry and exit.

Also please be mindful of the times on the reservation, as early or late entry may incur additional fees.
